- Pace Yourself It is not a competition to see how many pancakes you can eat. A day dedicated to pancakes is a day where your taste buds deserve to enjoy themselves. So first on our manual is to pace yourself, enjoy a pancake or two and don't fall victim to a pancake stuffing.
- Be in the KNOW!!!! Don't make the mistake of not knowing what's hot or who's around to meet! you need good company and a hot place sorted for all those pancakes you will be eating. My three words of advice check, see who's free, enjoy.
- Ramsey Style For those cooking their own pancakes, keep that kitchen to yourself. You don't want any disturbances that can impact the perfect pancake. A well rounded pancake needs time, dedication and attention.
- Keep Some Space If you want to survive the pancake onslaught on Tuesday, keep your stomach empty. Pancakes might look sweet and fluffy on the outside, but they can fill you up faster then you can fill your car.
- Mix and Match Be sweet and savoury with your pancakes, a mix and match never hurt once in a while. Be sure to check out Tom's Kitchen or the Book Club for some savoury. For your sweet tooth I heard the diner in Shoreditch is cooking up something sweet just for you.
